Very earlier in the olden days of my life when I was a child I had gone in a regional fair with my family which is being in a nearby city of my own native town and there on a shop I had seen a wall hanging on which the word ‘Health Is Wealth’ is written. At that time I am not familiar with the meaning of this important phrase but as further I became young I understood the significance of this phrase.
The health is the only thing in the whole world without which the life of one seems incomplete as for the purpose of living the life at its best with ultimate comfort and enjoying it as much as we want having good health conditions is mandatory, along with it the health is the only entity on which the life span of a person is depended.
The condition of health plays an important role in the life and it is fully responsible for the lifespan of the people if anyone wants to live long then he must give attention towards his own health and should take care of it properly. Those who give attention to their own health lives for a longer time in comparison of those people who are not attentive towards their own health.
“Bits of Paper, Bits of Paper,
Lying on the Ground, Lying on the Ground,
Makes the Place Untidy, Makes the Place Untidy,
Pick Them Up, Pick Them Up.”

Nothing can come to your rescue unless you are determined for a regular work-out complimented by a healthy diet.(forget that Yummy, Yummy fries). Cos, all of us do know well that exercising regularly is the possible way out to go down on our body weight. So we eagerly browse the internet, take notes on the necessary exercises, purchase all the needed materials say tumbles, skipping rope, exercise mat, sports shoes, etc. Now all set to go, we will run over the calendar for an auspicious day to give an energetic beginning. Day One - we will show ourselves too punctual in taking the fitness sessions, without even missing a single move. Got it. Now, Day Two - with all the spirits raised high the workout session will go smart and smooth. Slowly comes Day Three - a slight boredom combined with a pinch of laziness. Yet, with no compromise the lessons for the day will go on, then comes Day Four – now that Laziness will spring on to us like a devil. Gone… we will go snooping down on our exercises and in the next few days, we will be back on the couch sitting happily munching a packet of chips in our hand… Done with everything…
Does your Laziness hug you tight? Here are a few tips to overcome your laziness and get brisk onto exercise.
Are you ready?
1. Challenge your inner self for a healthier transformation
2. Push yourself hard out of that lazy attitude towards exercise.
3. Take this very day to be the New Year day and take a resolution to work-out daily.
4. Get down on some lessons of the ABC’s of physical work-out.
5. Choose those exercises that suit your physical concern.
6. Practice them consciously with a firm attitude and effort on a routine basis.
7. Follow the needed healthy diet alongside of exercise.
8. Exercising is not a ‘Midas Touch’ to see a change overnight, rather be patient to witness its fruits.
9. One fine day, a few months over, you will be amazed to see a wholesome acceptable fit appearance of yours.
“Bend down to reach that paper.” Awesome that you did it… Put away all those sad days and get friends with those fun-makers. So, simple is the lesson, “Winning over your laziness is the real secret behind regular exercise, for a healthier body.” Be firm to get over your lazy nature. Now shut down the computer and get on to work-out.
What is Yoga?
Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘Yuj’ which means to sync the body and spirit in tandem with each other. Yoga is an ancient art which has evolved through the centuries. Yoga rejuvenates and refreshes both the body and mind. Though Yoga is being practiced and taught a lot nowadays, it is really a matter of concern whether they actually understand the concept of Yoga. Yoga is not a religion or a philosophy as many think. It is a set of disciplined exercises or techniques, which would be a better word to use, that helps humans to connect with their inner self. Getting connected to your higher self is not part of any religion and yoga can be practiced by anyone irrespective of religion, because there are no religious implications and by practicing yoga, you do not hurt anyone’s religious sentiments.
There are many paths of yoga. Hatha Yoga teaches you the breathing and body exercises. It makes the student to connect with his inner self and helps in making the body and mind strong. Jnana Yoga deals with learning and wisdom. It requires more discipline and mental strength. When we have knowledge, we will be more aware of the nuances and the exact meaning of life. Kundalini Yoga is a science. You need a proper teacher to awaken the Kundalini (serpent-like life force) that is dormant in us. Karma Yoga is about duties. It teaches us to perform our duties and live in the world without any selfish feelings. Bhakti Yoga is self surrender. This yoga deals with worship and devotion. Mantra Yoga is about meditation and chanting. By meditation, you are able to control your mind and emotions and connect to your higher self. The final one, the Raja Yoga teaches us to be in control of our emotions and mind and experience Samadhi which the ultimate for any one practicing yoga regularly. These are the traditional yogas that are practiced. Now we also have modern yoga like the power yoga, hot yoga, Bikram yoga etc. which has many followers. But by practicing modern yoga, one is missing out on the authenticity of this age-old art.
The modern world gives us all the comforts. Modern technology has made the world smaller and easily accessible for everyone. We are tech savvy and we have all the luxuries to make us feel comfortable, but despite all these luxuries, there is a void and an emptiness lingering inside us. We are still not able to use everything to its full advantage, especially our mental abilities. Yoga helps us to transcend ourselves to a higher plane and helps us to discover the essence of human lives. It teaches us to be serene and calm and peaceful all the time. But the fact is that many of them look at yoga as an exercising tool rather than a spiritual one which is sad because you do not actually learn to connect to your higher self and the wisdom related to authentic yoga.
Periodontal disease is gingivitis or gum inflammation in its advanced form. Sugar and starch
form sticky plaque on our teeth. Regular brushing and flossing can eliminate plaque. If left
untreated, plaque can harden and form into tartar, an ideal breeding ground for bacteria.
Gingivitis occurs when the spread of bacteria causes the gums below the teeth to get inflamed.
Bacteria that penetrate deeper to where the bones and tissues are can cause periodontal disease
that can eventually lead to tooth loss.
• Choose a non-invasive procedure such as scaling to get rid of tartar. Scaling involves
the use of ultrasonic dental instruments to remove plaques and tartar clinging to the teeth and
beneath the gum line and affected gum pockets.
• As an addition to scaling, have root planing procedure done by a dental specialist to
further clean affected teeth and gums.
• Ask a dental professional about medications and antibiotics that can suppress the
growth and development of bacteria. These medications are often sold in many Mexican, American
and drugs online Canada stores. Depending
on the medication that will be prescribed to you they can be either be bought with or without a
prescription. You or your dentist can apply this medication during and following non-surgical
procedures. Dental medications applied to the infected gum pockets can also inhibit the spread
of bacteria and prevent further damage from occurring.
• Consult a dental professional to find out if you are qualified for flap surgery.
Surgery is the last line of defense for periodontal diseases that can’t get treated with non-
surgical procedures. It is also recommended for severe cases of periodontal infection where the
gums are badly damaged.
• Add your own personal dental care at home to encourage the development of healthier
teeth and gums. Regular oral care and hygiene are one of the best dental protections for
periodontal disease sufferers. Using fluoride toothpaste when brushing your teeth will prevent
the formation of plaque. So will flossing the areas between the teeth where toothbrush bristles
can’t reach to remove hidden plaque.
Visit your dentist regularly for checkups and cleanups.
